Project Superintendent responsibilities and duties:
- Maintain quality control
- Daily schedules and timesheets
- Maintain daily log of building progress and communicate with all involved
- Supervise all workers/subcontractors on site
- Coordinate deliveries and vendors
- Follow OSHA rules and standards
- Adhere to deadlines and budget restrictions
Project Superintendent required qualifications:
- Related experience within the commercial construction industry
- Basic computer knowledge/skills
- Knowledge of industry safety standards
