Job Description
We are looking for a competent Job Captain, Architect to serve as project lead - working closely with internal and external project teams. Must be experienced at managing the production of high-quality drawings and construction documents for commercial/retail and restaurant projects.
In this position you will assists the project manager to produce construction documents for bidding and construction; responsible for gathering all essential information which includes specifications, program compliance; building code and agency compliance; schedule commitments; product research.
Provide support for any tasks required for the successful completion of the project.
Effectively coordinate the submission of architectural documents to city agencies, including following through with the plan check process and resolving any residual issues.

Qualifications:
Education
- Requires Associates/Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Revit/BIM and AutoCAD proficient.
- MS Window Excel, Word and Outlook and Teams proficient.
- Proven ability to function in all phases of project development from schematic design through contract administration
- Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of individuals including consultants and contractors.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Must possess excellent communications
- Speak, read, and write English proficiently is essential for this position.
- Minimum 7 years project coordination and drafting.
