JOB SUMMARY :
A Studio Lead manages a team providing exceptional client services, overseeing staff, efficiency, quality, client satisfaction, profitability, risk mitigation, growth, project management, and business development. The Studio Lead supports the Program manager with the growth of those existing clients. They function as local leaders, overseeing production, staffing, and client relations, and reporting to the VP of Regional Operations.
Responsibilities :
- Studio Operations Management.
Manage and organize the day-to-day operations of the architecture studio
Assist program managers with existing client information
Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure effective project delivery
Provide leadership and guidance to the architectural team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Assist in budget and financial planning for the studio
Function as key point of contact for clients to address inquiries and resolve issues maintaining strong relationships.
Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the studio environment.
