This position will also serve as the Human Resource representative for our Allen, Texas office.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in the recruitment and hiring process for PM Design Group. This position involves identifying and attracting potential new hires, ensuring that the organization meets its current and future staffing needs. This position will also serve as the Human Resource representative for our Allen, Texas office.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of Human Resource Generalist experience.
- 5 years of experience of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Hands-on Senior Recruiter with experience in the Architectural and Engineering building industry
- Proven ability to fill a variety of positions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance driven environment where quality is critical
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a passion for finding the right talent
- Able to work cooperatively in a team and with hiring managers throughout the company
- You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and candidates to attract and secure top talent for complex architectural positions.
- Actively engage and lead the recruitment cycle, from job analysis and posting to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Conduct and coordinate in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards platforms, and industry events to find and attract candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and educational institutions
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for complex architectural and engineering roles, including technical assessments and evaluations
- Collaborate with corporate leaders to identify and recruit top talent for business development and strategic initiatives
- Source and assess candidates for corporate positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies and provide training and support on effective interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation.
- Consolidate and report recruiting metrics and KPIs to necessary stakeholders
- Assumes all Human Resource representative responsibilities as assigned by the Director of HR.
