As a Culinary Team Member at PM Grand, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing orders from the guest check following approved portions, recipe specifications, and timing standards.
- Properly storing, dating, and rotating ingredients according to 'first in, first out' standards.
- Labeling food correctly.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Washing and cleaning utensils and dishes.
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Implementing all hygiene and Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a cook in the restaurant industry.
- Well-organized with ability to prepare order accurately.
- Able to read and follow standardized recipes.
- ServeSafe Certification preferred.
