Outsourced Technical Services (OTS) is an integral part of our ability to support clients across the complete project life cycle. We deliver fast, flexible outsourcing solutions for clients worldwide. You will be on-site executing cutting-edge projects for Cell & Gene Therapy, Biologics, and Pharma facilities for both US and international clients.

Responsibilities
We are currently supporting a client who is looking for a CMMS Administrator with extensive experience with Aspire (SAP) CMMS. This person will require to be onsite in the Philadelphia area. Some of the primary duties include:
- Maintain asset and mainenance materials master data using SAP CMMS
- Onboarding of new assets including maintenance with shut down schedules
- Enters spare parts in the material master, constructs BOMs, and assigns stocking levels in collaboration with stake holders.
- Will be the SME for the CMMS
- Owns asset and material master data integrity including entry of all data in accordance with criticality assessments completed by stake holders.
- Initiates and manages maintenance schedules in collaboration with facilities and engineering system owners exclusively in the CMMS.
- Enters and manages spare parts data to support reliable operations of assets.
- Manages changes to Maintenance procedures and spare parts data to optimize the CMMS and operations.
- Develops SOPs and Work Instructions (WIs) in collaboration with asset and system owners to optimize CMMS use.
Education and Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years’ experience operating a CMMS (SAP Preferred) in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
- Experience in a regulated industry preferred.
- Maintenance system audit and GxP experience and a plus.
- Proficient with technical documentation including Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
