Each of our 65 guest rooms at RESET Joshua Tree offers guests a private patio, mountain view and the comforts of a boutique hotel.
Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00 Hourly

- Inspect guest rooms and/or suites to ensure furnishings, linens, and equipment are clean and in good repair to meet guest satisfaction. May upgrade to premium room type when available.
- Analyze guest satisfaction reports and develop action plans to improve scores. Prepare reports and communicate results to the hotel’s management.
- Respond to guest complaints, special requests and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- Report, turn-in, and/or log all log and found items.
- May assist in cleaning hotel guest rooms and public areas.
- May assist with deep cleaning projects.
- May assist with other duties as assigned.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.
- Must have High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- 2-4 years’ experience as hotel Room Attendant.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment
- Knowledge of safe and proper chemical handling
- Ability to: a) maintain hotel standards, policies and procedures, b) prioritize and organize work assignments, direct performance of assigned staff and follow up with corrections where needed.
- Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public.
- Demonstrated ability to train staff and ensure high level of customer service.
- Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 10 pounds and handle objects with hands
- Frequently standing up and moving about the facility
- Frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility
- Frequently bending, stooping, and kneeling
- Communicating with other people
