What are the responsibilities and job description for the Conference Operations Agent l Airlie Hotel & Conference Center position at PM Hotel Group?
What You'll Do :
Here are some of the tasks you'll be responsible for daily :
- Setup and teardown of all meeting functions, as well as indoor and outdoor banquet or social functions.
- Storage and upkeep of all Conference Operations equipment.
- Pickup, maintain, store, and deliver all guest packages.
- Maintain all storage and staging areas.
- Keep the Conference Operations office and vehicles clean
- Provides excellent customer service by being readily available / approachable to all guests.
- Always extends professionalism and courtesy to guests.
- Responds timely to customer service department requests.
- Willingness to assist with other departments if needed
Minimum Requirements :

Be prepared to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
This position will require moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
This position will require moving for 90% of the time sometimes in varying temperatures
This position will require the ability to lift up to 50lbs
