We're seeking a dedicated Resort Concierge who will serve as the face of our property, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, tailored experience from reservation to check-out. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of luxury resort experiences, is personable, professional, and communicates well. This is a full time, on-site, non-exempt position that reports to the General Manager.

- Oversee all guest reservations, ensuring seamless booking experiences.
- Respond to leads, inquiries, and guest requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
- Work closely with and assist the General Manager, covering days off when needed.
- Act as the ambassador of the resort, delivering a personalized and welcoming guest experience.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Moab’s event calendar, national parks, hikes, trails, and recommended activities to provide expert recommendations.
- Stay updated on city and county rules and regulations regarding short-term rentals.
- Provide food and beverage recommendations and maintain familiarity with local restaurants.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless resort operations.

- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or concierge roles.
- Strong understanding of short-term rental operations and guest relations.
- Familiarity with Moab’s attractions, local events, and outdoor recreation options.
- Proficiency in property management systems such as Cloudbeds, Operto, and Yale.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Tech-savvy with experience using hospitality software and guest management tools.
- Passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest service. This enthusiasm will be apparent from speaking with you.
