What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk, Renaissance Harborplace Baltimore Hotel position at PM New Logo?
What You’ll Do:
Do you have strong organizational skills? Are you looking to break into the accounting industry? The Accouting Clerk is a great entry-level opportunity for you! We’ll have you crunching numbers and taking care of invoices in no time at all!
Here are just some of the tasks you’ll be responsible for daily:
· Verify that purchasing procedures are followed and maintain an up-to-date Purchase Order Log.
· Process all approved invoices for payment.
· Pay all hotel invoices in a timely manner.
- Handle all vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements.
Where You’ve Been:
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a similar field. Additional in-industry experience is a plus, but not required. What we really want is someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and someone who is ready and willing to learn.
