Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the hotel's recruitment and selection process.
- Assist new applicants, screen and interview candidates, and administer assessments.
- Manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (UKG).
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Track all accounts payable processing and review weekly payment registers.
- Assist with month-end close, monthly accruals, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Review daily revenue and labor reports and distribute to management.
- Manage relationships with third-party recruitment vendors.
Requirements
- Experience in Human Resources with a focus on recruitment and accounting.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional work ethic and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work flexible hours and extended shifts as required.
Where You’ve Been:
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a similar field. Additional in-industry experience is a plus, but not required. What we really want is someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and someone who is ready and willing to learn.
