The Overnight Guest Service Agent is responsible for the complete guest experience; to include our TV Den, check guest in and out and our Gallery Bar if needed. The Guest Services Agent will adhere to strict control of room keys, provide information about hotel services, rooms and amenities. Other duties as assigned.
