Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, chefs, and other staff. Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times, quickly addressing any issues and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff schedules, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor inventory, and work with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing. Review financial performance and strive to meet revenue and profit targets.
