What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Manager | Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel position at PM New Logo?
What You’ll Do:
Overseeing all restaurant functions and employees, the Restaurant Manager position is no small potatoes. From administrative duties to creating promotional items, the Restaurant Manager’s responsibilities run the full course to ensure that our guests walk away from their meals satisfied and wanting to return.
Here are some of the tasks you’ll be completing daily:
- Interviewing, hiring, training, and the scheduling of restaurant employees.
- Responding and reviewing customer comments and feedback.
- Implement company programs and manage the operations of the restaurant.
- Create and implement promotions, displays, buffet presentations and ideas to capture in-house guests and a larger share of the local market.
Where You’ve Been:
You must have at least 4 years of experience in the food & beverage industry and at least a year’s experience in a management position. Most importantly, you’re someone who has excellent problem-solving skills, works well in a team, and can perform under pressure.
