PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychologist to join our Behavioral Health team. The Child and Adolescent Psychologist will provide comprehensive behavioral health psychoeducational testing, provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD and behavioral disorders, and provide supervisory oversight in the form of individual/ group supervision, cosign, and/or clinical guidance and oversight for other therapists on the team.

Description
- This position is Hybrid, approximately 10-15 hours per week in person, 25 - 30 hours per week remote.
- Salary Range: $104,000 - $125,000, Sign on bonus up to $10,000
- Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence-based practices
- Provide individual, family and group therapy for patients using evidence-based treatment modalities
- Act as co-signer for therapists with limited licenses
- Participate in collaborative care team meetings
- Provide Functional Behavior Analysis services for the School Health team on an as needed basis
- Monitor patient service quality and progress for referred patients
- Complete required documentation including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and therapy notes and implement interventions in a timely manner
- Maintain licensure and professional development as required by licensing board
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from a program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA)
- Psychologist license in the state(s) practicing
- 2 years of experience post licensure
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Ability to effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with people of various cultural backgrounds
- Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care
- Previous experience providing therapy to children and adolescents
- Previous experience with psychoeducational testing
- Previous experience with crisis intervention and risk assessment
