Summary
PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Hybrid School Health Behavioral Therapist (LCSW, LMSW) to provide in person & virtual mental health services to elementary, middle, and high school students.
The mission of our School Health Program is to deliver high-quality health care to students that is accessible, convenient, and affordable for all. As a School Health Behavioral Therapist, you will provide direct therapeutic services to students within our partner school districts, including assessments, brief evidence-based interventions, and discharge planning.
- This is a Hybrid position located in Commack or North Babylon
- Pay range : $40.00 / hour LMSWs; $43.00 / hour LCSWs
- Schedule : several weekdays within the hours of 2 : 00pm - 9 : 00pm or Saturdays 9 : 00am - 3 : 00pm; Needing a commitment of 16-30 hours per week with 1 / 2 of the hours on site, the other 1 / 2 fully remote!
