Sales and Services Supervisor Job Posting
We are looking for a highly driven and resourceful Sales Leader that is excited to work in the Firearms Industry. This primarily involves working with revolutionary, game changing products and is the perfect job for an ambitious Sales Representative that wants the next level.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional willing to develop and lead an established department. You will need to work in a creative environment leading a team that is focused on the objectives that you collaboratively plan.
Job Purpose: To accomplish growth of Company Sales and to oversee Sales, Customer Service, Fulfilment, and Technical Support activities.

Salary Range: $25/hr-$28/hr, Pay is negotiable
Work Schedule: 8AM – 5AM Monday through Friday. Travel to shows and sakes events expected 3 to 5 times a year.
Work Reports: Works directly for the Director of Sales. The GM and CEOs will provide guidance and direction to plans as well. Five to eight employees will be directly reporting to the Marketing and Sales Director.

Sample of Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales driven plans that focus increasing B2B transactions and internet sales.
- Lead sales and serviceprofessionals to achieve sales goals
- Develop sale and service professionals using coaching and performance review technics.
Job Requirements:
- BS/BA degree in sales, business, related fields or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-5 years leadership experience.
- 2-5 years sales experience.
- Thorough understanding of sales concepts
- Willing and resourceful to learn and become what is needed for position and project success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
