We are expanding rapidly in the Fort Smith market and are looking for individuals who are motivated, possess leadership experience skills or aspire to attain them through mentorship. Individuals who are willing to learn within a team system and welcome a high-performance environment will excel in this area with a focus on growing new accounts and servicing existing accounts with 2-3 hour radius.
The Opportunity
- Sales - Access to large public sector accounts with on-site access that you are able: to plug into, communicate our benefits, make sales, and obtain referrals to develop new business.
- Training - One of the top training programs in the Country; both in the training room and live in the field with tenured leaders that excel at a high level
- Compensation - We offer high pay & healthy bonus/incentive programs, including international incentive trips. We are 1099 and the position is 100% commission based.
- New Agents can earn $50,000 - $75,000 first year on average
- Balanced Life - Our most successful agents work Monday through Friday - no evenings, weekends, or holidays required.
Responsibilities
- Plug in & learn our proven system and implement it to communicate voluntary benefits efficiently & effectively.
- Be willing to learn and work within a team.
- Maintain and develop current relationships within large public sector accounts.
