This role is responsible for processing and managing all paperwork related to trailer leases and ownership transfers, including titles and registrations. It ensures the accurate submission of documentation to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) across multiple states while adhering to state regulations.

Key Job Functions :
Handling all title and registration paperwork for new trailer sales and rentals, including preparing tax documents and transfer documents.
Checking customer details, and vehicle information for accuracy on title applications.
Completing all necessary forms for title transfers, registration, and license plate assignments.
Submitting completed title and registration documents electronically or by mail to the appropriate state agency.
Processing fees associated with title transfers and registrations, ensuring proper payment recording.
Answering customer questions regarding title and registration processes, providing clear explanations and resolving any issues.
Staying updated on state regulations regarding vehicle titling and registration requirements.
Requirements : Required Skills :
Essential for accurately processing sensitive information and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Ability to manage a volume of documentation in a structured filing system, both hard copy and electronic.
Clear and concise communication with customers and internal departments to address inquiries and explain procedures.
To accurately calculate fees and verify payment amounts
