PMC Property Group (PMC) is an owner, operator, and developer of primarily multifamily real estate headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. PMC’s rapidly growing portfolio is located in secondary and tertiary urban markets up and down the east coast. PMC is currently seeking a Porter for its Wesley Chapel, Florida portfolio.

Role:

To maintain the cleanliness and physical appearance of the property in order to assist the rental staff in achieving the overall occupancy goals and assist in resident retention by providing a quality living environment for the residents. These duties and responsibilities often include:

Responsibilities:

• General interior/exterior cleaning of buildings and common areas
• Clean model and vacant apartments, breezeways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, stairways, community room, resident fitness area, etc.
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers
• Clean and upkeep pool and cabanas, dog park, grill area, pickleball courts, playgrounds.
• Wash windows, walls, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary
• Dust window blinds
• Sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming of floor finishes
• Collect trash, transport, and empty into the designated receptacle
• Utilize a variety of cleaning tools and equipment such as mops, pails, vacuum cleaners, pressure washers and push carts
• Maintenance work around the property including installing appliances, work orders, and general upkeep of common areas and grounds
• On-call for emergency
• Other related tasks as requested by management

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk or sit alternately depending on specific needs of the day
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, lift, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (Required)
• Painting: 1 year (Required)
