What key responsibilities would you assume in this role?
- Manage all day-to-day production through a team of Shift Supervisors and supporting staff
- Ensure that optimal scheduling and crisp execution meets or exceeds the needs of our customers
- Coach and manage the performance of team members within the business unit
- Optimize performance through the measurement and managing of key outcomes and metrics
- Establish and improve systems and processes to minimize risk and deliver dependable results
- Challenging the team to overcome obstacles in delivering high service levels and results
- Lead strategy & planning for the business unit – capacity, budget, capital investment, etc.
