Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to gather system requirements.
- Develop and implement technical designs for land mobile radio and backhaul networks.
- Oversee the review and finalization of bill of materials for ordering.
- Promote technical excellence throughout the staging, installation, implementation, and maintenance of systems.
- Create comprehensive test plans aligned with functional requirements and technical specifications.
- Direct the deployment process to install equipment at customer sites and conduct site and system acceptance tests.
- Foster strong relationships with third-party vendors/contractors to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all system installations and modifications.
- Deliver expert technical support for systems under maintenance.
