Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily/weekly/monthly schedules for owners
- Coordinate private and commercial travel arrangements
- Arrange special events and meetings
- Provide timely reminders on all tasks and travel
- Schedule appointments, both internal and external
- Handle expense reporting, including receipt collection and submission of reports
- Maintain insurance renewals
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills
