We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle calendar management for appointments and meetings, ensuring optimal scheduling.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including proofreading documents and managing correspondence.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, organizing paperwork, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support services.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and calendar management is essential.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Experience in personal assistant roles will be considered an advantage.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
