Compensation: $24 – $27 per hour Overtime
Schedule: Night Shift | Monday – Thursday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Overview: We are looking to add an Experienced Extrusion Operator to our growing food manufacturing team in southwestern Minnesota. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced production environment, and has prior experience with extrusion equipment. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates looking to make a move to our region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and clean extrusion equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to coordinate production schedules and complete work orders on time.
- Track and log product specifications, including temperature, density, moisture, salt, and caustic levels.
- Maintain product quality by following standard operating procedures and conducting routine checks.
- Uphold safety standards and follow established protocols throughout the production process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Prior experience operating extrusion equipment in an industrial or food manufacturing setting.
- Understanding of production processes and general familiarity with factory environments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with basic tools and machinery.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals or process documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
