About us
Conventional press and sinter manufacturing is a widely used process for producing metal parts. It involves compacting metal powders into a desired shape through pressing, followed by a thermal treatment called sintering. The pressing stage involves applying pressure to the powders, creating a solid green part. During sintering, the green part is heated to bond the particles and reduce porosity. This process enables the production of complex-shaped parts with precise dimensions, using a variety of metal powders. This manufacturing method finds applications in various industries, including automotive, aerospace, electronics, consumer goods, and more. It is commonly used for producing components such as gears, bushings, bearings, connectors, and structural parts.
Overall, conventional press and sinter manufacturing provides a versatile and efficient route for producing metal parts with excellent dimensional accuracy, good mechanical properties, and cost-effectiveness.
