Position Overview:

What You'll Do:
- Travel across the country to install, service, and troubleshoot equipment at customer sites
- Handle electrical and mechanical assembly, setup, and system calibration
- Take ownership of equipment installations, ensuring all systems are fully functional and properly aligned
- Provide onsite customer support and basic operator training following installation
- Use schematics, diagrams, and manuals to guide your work
- Perform pre-shipment inspections and equipment setup prior to dispatch
- Document service work and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards
What We're Looking For:
- Solid hands-on experience working with both electrical and mechanical components
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the field
- Proven familiarity with PLC systems – this is essential
- Ability to read and follow technical diagrams, wiring layouts, and schematics
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating Windows-based programs
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Must be flexible to travel frequently Monday through Friday (up to 70%)
