PMCO is hiring for a Maintenance Planner in Burlington, WA!
Compensation: $78k to $82k Bonus Opportunities
Location: Burlington, WA (Relocation Assistance Available)
Details:
- Lead communication between maintenance and other internal beneficiaries of maintenance work to ensure that everyone receives timely, efficient, and quality service.
- Coordinate planned downtimes to reduce meantime between failures and minimize interference with production schedule.
- Minimize the number of interruptions once work begins.
- Support the sites in establishing Maintenance Workforce Job Goals and objectives.
- Support Sites with consolidating spare parts to minimize inventory.
- Leading global updates to CMMS.
- Provide Constant training to all sites on CMMS.
- Administrator for all Changes that take place across sites in CMMS.
- Lead continuous improvement ideas on Preventative Maintenance Tasks.
- Utilizing CMMS data, generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for each site on Maintenance KPIs.
- Generate Dashboards highlighting equipment Maintenance status (i.e. MTBF, MTTR, Availability, PM Completion, etc.).
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management Preferred
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of related Maintenance, Manufacturing, or Project Planning in a high volume, heavily automated manufacturing environment
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints.
- Strong attention to detail, precise, problem solving and time management skills.
- Subject Matter Expertise in CMMS systems
