PMCO is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor located in Genoa, NE!
Pay Range: $40 to $50 per hour Overtime
Schedule: Onsite / Day Shift Schedule
Location: Genoa, NE (Relocation Bonus Consideration Available)
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage a Team of 8 Direct Reports
- Display a clear subject matter expertise with all core aspects of equipment maintenance ranging from Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and High Voltage Electrical Troubleshooting
- Manage aspects of personnel and labor management for department
- Work with Plant Leadership to develop and maintain CAPEX Quarterly programs
- Manage and Track work orders using company CMMS tool
- Maintain log support of issues and requests
- Act as a Plant Safety Champion
- Spearhead new equipment install projects derived from CAPEX programs
- Partner with internal HR and Finance functions to develop hiring and employee upskill and development plans
Education Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of Manufacturing Maintenance Experience (Heavy Machinery is Strongly Preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of Manufacturing Leadership Experience (Heavy Machinery is Strongly Preferred)
- A.A.S. Degree in Trades or related programs strongly preferred
