PMCO is hiring two Maintenance Technicians near Richville, OH!
Location: Canton, OH
Pay Rate: $37/hour
Shifts Available: 2nd or 3rd
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production, packaging, and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot machinery using electrical schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
- Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and material handling equipment to carry out repairs
- Carry out physically demanding tasks in varied temperature conditions, including climbing, lifting, bending, and working at heights
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety standards and operational procedures
- Support special projects and additional maintenance-related duties as needed
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 and legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and overtime as needed
Preferred:
- 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Skilled in troubleshooting 480V, 240V, 120V, and 24V electrical systems
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic system repairs
- Strong safety mindset with a history of following industry best practices
