Pay: $30–$38 per hour Overtime
Schedule Options:
- 2-2-3 Day Shift (6 AM – 6 PM)
- 2-2-3 Night Shift (6 PM – 6 AM)
Job Overview:
PMCO is looking for experienced Level II or Level III Maintenance Technicians with a background in automated manufacturing environments. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced production and facility equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous production.
- Use a CMMS to complete and document preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Execute small-scale electrical and mechanical projects as assigned.
- Ensure all equipment is safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance.
- Support the installation, modification, and relocation of machinery.
- Interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Test low-voltage systems for continuity, voltage, and resistance.
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces aligned with safety standards.
- (If certified) Wire control panels and perform electrical installations per code requirements.
Education & Experience:
- 4–5 years of industrial maintenance experience OR 2 years of experience plus certification in one of the following:
- 309A – Electrician
- 433A – Industrial Mechanic
- Experience working in a highly automated manufacturing environment is required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Comfortable using CMMS tools for logging and tracking maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
- Forklift or scissor lift certification (or willingness to obtain)
