About the Role
We are looking for a strong leader to join our team as a Plant Manager in Training, with a clear path to executive leadership—potentially becoming COO in a few years. This role is ideal for Junior Military Officers (JMOs) ready to transition into manufacturing management.
Salary: $120k-$150k

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
- Oversee recruitment, training, performance reviews, and career development.
- Ensure team members have the necessary resources to succeed.
- Direct the creation of BOMs, electrical schematics, ladder logic, and PLC programming for aqueous parts washers.
- Develop and implement product designs, specifications, and launch processes.
- Organize, document, and enforce engineering changes to maintain quality and safety.
- Work closely with Production and Quality teams to establish effective launch procedures.
- Serve as a technical support resource for internal and external customers, troubleshooting and resolving product issues.
- Participate in cross-departmental problem-solving initiatives.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process.
- Help develop and enforce quality and safety policies.
Requirements
- in one of the following (or similar): Engineering, Business Management, Manufacturing Operations (something that will translate well to a manufacturing plant.
- 3-5 years of Leadership experience (military or manufacturing required).
- Strong leadership skills.
