Salary Range: $79,000 to $124,000 (based on qualifications and experience)
Bonus Potential: Up to 10% of base salary, tied to annual company performance

Position Summary
PMCO is looking for a hands-on Quality Control Supervisor to lead inspection efforts and uphold the highest standards for fabricated stainless steel products. In this leadership role, you’ll mentor and manage quality personnel, implement quality protocols, and ensure compliance with both customer specifications and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Quality Inspectors across daily activities and long-term goals
- Champion quality culture by promoting employee coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align quality standards with customer requirements and internal systems
- Provide guidance on project timelines, expectations, and technical milestones
- Participate in hiring, training, and development of direct reports, including handling employee relations
- Review customer specs and coordinate documentation to ensure compliance with internal quality systems
- Oversee documentation of inspection results and process improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven leadership abilities with a proactive approach to training and team development
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation
- Familiarity with root cause analysis and quality auditing practices
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience building or maintaining quality management systems in a manufacturing setting
Education & Background
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role
- Background in stainless steel or sheet metal manufacturing is essential
