What You'll Do
- Master the Art of Scheduling, ensuring our sanitation team is always one step ahead of filth.
- Train employees to be sanitation samurais, with techniques so sharp they’ll leave dirt trembling in fear.
- Build a Master Sanitation Schedule, the sacred scroll that guides our quest for cleanliness.
- Oversee cleaning frequencies to ensure no surface is left uncleaned and no corner unshined.
- Join forces with Plant Management and the Director of Quality to vanquish sanitation foes and troubleshoot messes.
- Be the guardian of chemical inventories, teaming up with Ecolab to drive best practices while keeping everything OSHA-level legit.
- Audit SSOPs (Sanitation Sorcery Operating Procedures) to perfection.
