Minimum Required Qualifications :
- A minimum of eight (8) years of professional scheduling experience, ideally with an Owner or General Contractor on educational or public works projects.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution. Alternatively, a degree in any field with an additional two (2) years of construction scheduling experience to satisfy educational requirements.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to cultivate effective working relationships with project teams and departmental staff.
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
- Thorough understanding of cost engineering, scheduling principles, and schedule forensics.
- Relevant construction scheduling experience; other industries like gas / energy or manufacturing are not applicable.
