Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role and the responsibilities is :
- Provide technical support for power equipment condition monitoring systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of advanced monitoring technologies, particularly in partial discharge detection.
- Work closely with customers and sales teams to provide technical guidance and training.
- Analyze data collected from monitoring systems and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to enhance product performance and adapt solutions to customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
- Domestic and International Business Travels are required at an average of 50% or more.
