What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Supervisor position at PME?
Field supervisors manage and oversee the performance of the porters to assure they are cleaning to our company standards. Supervisors are responsible for training new porters, providing supplies/ equipment and driving around to assure the jobs are completed to our company cleaning standards. Seeking a field supervisor for the fort Myers area. Hours are from 3 or 4 am- 1 or 2pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend availability is required. If a worker calls in and the supervisor cannot find coverage, they would have to cover that shift. We provide a company vehicle and cell phone. Ideal candidate has supervising and outside labor/cleaning experience.

Pay: $900.00 - $950.00 per week
