What are the responsibilities and job description for the Non-Skilled Laborer position at PME?
Commercial Maintenance Company looking for a Non-Skilled laborer who owns a reliable vehicle. Able to follow written/verbal instructions, perform tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Use an app to update work order with pictures and notes. We provide you with all materials for the jobs. The ideal candidate will be working FT Monday through Friday and on call one weekend per month. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen including medical marijuana, we are a drug free work place. Must have a valid DL. 40 hours per week with possibility of overtime.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Bulk trash removal
- Clean and organize our shop
- Help maintenance techs when needed
- Maintain equipment (grease trailers, replace flat tires, wash company vehicles)
- Basic hand tools
- Safely drive Company pick up truck pulling a trailer to multiple locations
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to wear leaf blowing backpack
- Trailer experience preferred
