What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Cleaner position at PME?
Porters for PME are responsible for the upkeep of grounds and parking lots of commercial shopping centers. The hours are flexible between midnight and 10 am, weekday and weekend availability is required. Looking to fill one Part-Time position. Clearwater and Dunedin areas, 20 hours maximum.
A valid driver's license, your own transportation and cell phone to communicate with your supervisor are required. We are a drug free workplace.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of shopping center parking lots, dumpster enclosures, flower beds, sidewalks and trash cans throughout the property
- Notify supervisor of any deficiencies or repairs needed
- Use equipment provided to ensure the property is kept to our company standard
- Follow all health and safety regulations
