What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Cleaner position at PME?
Porters for PME are responsible for the upkeep of grounds and parking lots of commercial shopping centers. The hours available are Part Time. Locations are in New Tampa and Wesley Chapel. Weekend and Holiday availability is required. This is a weekend only job at the moment. A valid license and your own transportation are required. A cell phone is also required to communicate with a supervisor. We are a drug free workplace.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of shopping center parking lots, dumpster enclosures, flower beds, sidewalks and trash cans throughout the property
- Operate a backpack blower
- Notify supervisor of any deficiencies or repairs needed
- Use equipment provided to ensure the property is kept to our company standard
- Follow all health and safety regulations
