Reconciliation Specialist responsibilities include handling the reconciliation process for a set of accounts/schedules to ensure that all reconciliations assigned are completed accurately and on time.
- Researching variances and resolving reconciliation issues with other accounting team members
- Reconciles statements and the ledger making sure that payments are consistent with dealership schedules.
- Communicates and works closely with the office manager/Accounting Manager/Controller daily.
- Prepares and reconciles bank deposits.
- Assists in monthly closings.
- Warranty and aftermarket reconciliation
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to all company standards
- Solid interpersonal skills
