Your Role as an Entry-Level Customer Support Representative:
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, recommending tailored products and services.
- Manage customer accounts, ensure confidentiality, and organize sales contracts.
- Follow up with past customers to gather feedback and improve future interactions.
- Participate in daily training sessions with other Customer Support Representatives to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

What You Need to Succeed:
- A high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, sales, or as a Customer Support Representative is a plus, but not mandatory.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with customers.
