As a Verizon Accounts Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the success of our Telecommunications client projects. You will be responsible for supporting client needs, fostering strong relationships, and driving the implementation of key strategies to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about telecommunications and sustainable business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the telecommunications client, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Verizon Accounts Associate teams to deliver solutions that meet client goals and enhance project performance.
- Monitor and report on project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and client satisfaction metrics.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the client’s telecommunication initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Assist in developing and presenting strategies to enhance client success, including sustainable growth initiatives.
- Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and value to the client, supporting their business objectives in the telecommunications sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, telecommunications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or project management, preferably within the telecommunications or sustainability sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build trust.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to support client success.
- Familiarity with telecommunications initiatives and sustainability practices is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
