The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in a dedicated Scrum Master role.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and project management principles and practices.
- Experience with agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, Jira Align).
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of software development processes.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and delivery metrics.
