What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the strategic execution of cross-channel media campaigns, ensuring they deliver optimal performance and exceed client expectations.
- Oversee media operations, including partner management, campaign optimization, and in-depth performance analysis across Publisher Partnerships, Display, Video / CTV, Audio, and other key channels.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with media partners, working collaboratively to maximize campaign reach, effectiveness, and innovation.
- Identify and negotiate deals with key publishers to connect brands with target audiences, leveraging data and insights to guide decisions.
- Communicate proactively with clients, providing strategic updates, actionable insights, and performance overviews.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to align with client goals and drive campaign success.
- Manage and mentor a team of media professionals, providing guidance and resources to help them thrive and deliver exceptional results.
- Spearhead high-impact, cross-agency projects and initiatives that drive innovation and measurable success for clients.
