Who You'll Be Working With
As a Senior Associate Media Recruiter at PMG, you'll be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team , working as a contractor to help identify and engage top-tier talent across the media industry. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leaders across a variety of media disciplines, including Client Strategy, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Brand Media, Analytics , and more. Your efforts will directly impact PMG's ability to build a world-class team of media professionals who thrive on creativity, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their team's needs and gain insight into media roles across various disciplines like Brand Media, Performance Media, Partnerships, and Analytics .
- Use creative strategies to source, attract, and engage top candidates through job boards, social platforms, networks, and industry-specific channels.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process with care and professionalism.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of media professionals, staying connected to candidates and industry trends to proactively meet PMG's evolving hiring needs.
- Ensure candidates feel supported and valued by maintaining transparent communication, offering constructive feedback, and creating a welcoming and inclusive experience.
- Partner with department leaders to craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials that reflect PMG's voice and values.
- Share PMG's story, culture, and mission with candidates, ensuring they understand our commitment to innovation, collaboration, and client impact.
- Contribute to PMG's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by fostering inclusive hiring practices and engaging with diverse talent pools.
