We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded goal-achiever to become a part of our cohesive and collaborative Wireless Sales Consultant Team. We are looking for someone to join our team and partner on a new client project that aims to provide market expansion strategies using direct sales methods with a focus on delivering superior customer experiences. The Wireless Sales Consultant will be responsible for overseeing a designated territory as assigned by the Sales Account Manager and will manage the end-to-end process of initial outreach, customer sign-up, delivery, and experience. As the Wireless Sales Consultant, you will interact directly with our upper-level management, consumers, clients, and industry-leading executives.

Our ideal Wireless Sales Consultant thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves variation in their workdays. You have a passion for entrepreneurship, sales innovation, and communications. You will design and implement sales and outreach strategies that prioritize the customer's needs first. You will learn to develop realistic sales forecast reports to deliver to the Sales Account Manager and client to predict quarterly growth and expansion. You will be instrumental in managing the sales pipeline, ensuring that our team is utilizing industry-leading sales techniques, and ultimately partnering with our Account Executives to understand our business objectives.

What You Will Be Doing :

  • Deliver superior product presentations using value-based sales strategies and empathizing with the customer's needs directly face-to-face
  • Nurture current and active customer relationships to upsell future service levels and utilize our portfolio of products and services available
  • Attending daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on client and product knowledge, industry-leading sales techniques and outreach methods, and reviewing compliance standards and regulations
  • Actively search for opportunities to improve and optimize our sales, training, and onboarding procedures
  • Work cross-functionally with the Wireless Sales Consultant Team and the Client Account Manager to drive incremental market expansion and revenue

What You Should Have :

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing or outreach role. Specifically, individuals with backgrounds in Hospitality, Promotions, or Sales do exceptionally well
  • Self-motivated, dedicated team player with innovative ideas to inspire growth and development
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to build dependable relationships among customers and team members alike
  • Embrace the mindset of continuous learning and development and actively contribute to all meetings, seminars, and training sessions
  • Consistent track record of high performance, exceeding expectations, and raising the bar
  • Reputation as a leader and a hunger for growth and opportunity that drives you through anything you do
  • Compensation is directly tied to sales performance. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Earnings are based on individual sales, client acquisition, or other performance metrics as outlined in the compensation plan. Actual income may vary based on effort, and individual success.
