Who We Are Looking For :
We are seeking experienced commercial class A CDL or Class B CDL drivers with 5-10 years of experience operating industrial vehicles to join our Industrial Team for a seasonal position running from mid-March to October. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to operate industrial vehicles safely and efficiently, tackle production goals, and ensure the accurate application of herbicides. A strong commitment to teamwork, communication, and professionalism is essential for success in this role.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will be results-oriented, capable of meeting daily acreage goals, and possess strong communication skills to coordinate with team leads. Working outdoors in remote locations and winter weather conditions is a key part of this role. Candidates must also provide references from previous employers as part of the application process.
What You'll Do :
As a key member of the Industrial Team, you'll take on vital responsibilities in vegetation management for our clients in the oil and gas industry. Your duties will include :
- Operating industrial vehicles equipped with herbicide spray systems to treat invasive noxious weeds in oil and gas fields.
- Identifying and targeting specific weed species for treatment.
- Using hoses and booms to apply herbicide accurately and efficiently.
- Meeting production goals by completing scheduled treatment areas within set timelines.
- Submitting accurate treatment data to the company's server after each job.
- Traveling to various sites across Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho to complete scheduled treatments.
- Learning and implementing proper herbicide application techniques in compliance with industry standards.
