PMG is looking for a talented AI & Software Engineer Lead to support the development of Alli. Alli is a cloud-based suite of AI-powered tools for digital marketers. Last year, Alli enabled ad delivery to over 1 billion consumers in 80 countries for some of the world's most iconic brands. We're innovating fast and making an impact on our customers' and employees' lives in significant ways.
In this role, you will work across one of Alli's key pillars, Actions, Data, or Insights, solving complex problems and delivering cutting-edge AI-powered tools that drive impactful results for global brands. You'll have the chance to form the technology and infrastructure that powers our next-generation marketing solutions, collaborating with industry leaders in engineering, data science, and product development.

We are looking for candidates who have experience working with the following technologies :
- Cloud platforms like AWS and GCP;
- Docker and Terraform;
- Programming languages including Python, JavaScript (NodeJS, React), Go;
- Databases and data warehouses : BigQuery, Snowflake, Postgres, Redis, MongoDB, Redshift;
- AI technologies, including OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, and LangChain;
- RESTful APIs and WebSocket;
- Git for version control;
- GitHub, Atlassian, Scrum framework.
You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of Alli and PMG's broader technology stack. Your responsibilities will include :
