Who You'll Be Working With
At PMG, our People & Culture team is at the heart of creating a thriving workplace where every team member feels valued and empowered. As an HR Programs Intern, you'll join a collaborative and innovative group dedicated to building impactful programs, seamless employee experiences, and a culture that inspires connection and growth.
You'll work closely with experienced professionals on projects that directly contribute to the success of our Graduate Leadership Program (GLP)—a key initiative that welcomes and develops early-career talent at PMG. Through mentorship, hands-on experience, and exposure to cross-functional collaboration, you'll build your skills while playing a meaningful role in shaping programs that matter. This internship offers a chance to make a real impact in an environment that values creativity, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
In the Spring, you'll work part-time alongside your academic schedule to support program preparation leading up to our Summer program. By Summer, you'll transition to full-time, fully immersing yourself in the planning, execution, and evolution of our GLP and related initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in preparing, coordinating, and executing onboarding logistics, engagement activities, and key milestones for PMG's Graduate Leadership Program.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to organize and deliver memorable events for candidates and new hires, ensuring seamless and meaningful experiences.
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of track-specific programs and curriculum that motivate and inspire GLP participants.
- Monitor and analyze program metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
